Bartec splice , the ultimate position rebar splice

Bartec splice is a parallel-threaded rebar mechanical rebar splice designed for the connection of concrete reinforcing bar Ø12 to 56 mm.  It is designed and manufactured in compliance with ACI 318, BS 8110, UBC 1997, ICB 2006, DIN 1045, CalTrans, ACI 349, ASME Sec III Div 2.

Bartec splice provides continuity of reinforcing bars and allows ductile elongation of bars.  It is easily installed with no torque wrench required.  The Bartec® reinforcing bar end preparation system is a patented cold upsetting and threading process that guarantees an ultimate tensile strength of the bar connection higher than that of the parent bar.
