鉄筋の準備なしのボルト式カプラー
Unitec® は、事前に準備されていない (ねじなし) 2 本の鉄筋を接続するために設計されたボルト接合システムです。
各 Unitec カプラーは、鉄筋と結合する長い中空ボディを備えています。数本のネジでバーの両端をロックし、接続を完了します。
Unitec は、標準的なインパクト/空気圧レンチで操作できるように設計されています。
修理や改造工事の場合
RepairGrip システムは、現場でバーを接合するように設計されたポータブル システムです。これは、エンドショップが準備されていないバーを接合するためのシンプルで実証済みの方法です。
RepairGrip スリーブは、別個の動力ユニットによって駆動される油圧ツールによってバーの端にかしめられます。結果として得られる接続は、鉄筋グレード 500 MPa で少なくとも 100% の公称引張強度を保証します。
RepairGrip スプライスは突合せスプライスであり、引張用途と圧縮用途の両方に適しています。

Maintaining and upgrading essential infrastructure is a main concern in all parts of the world: the need for repair and strengthening may arise from deterioration, changes in use, changes in the relevant design codes, structure defects or seismic conditions.
ASTEC Carbon Rod provides with non-metallic reinforcing bar having high modulus and tensile strengths. It can be used for both new construction and as a strengthening material for the innovative and proven technique known as «Near Surface Mount» (NSM) strengthening. With a proprietary end anchorage, ASTEC Carbon Rod can be used in un-bonded post tension or pre-stressing applications.
