- Dextra® Headed Bars are designed as per section 6.1.3.6 (a) of the 2010 FIB Model Code.
- Net Bearing Area ≥ 9 * Cross Section Area of the bar.
- The minimum straight length required for the fixing of the head:400mm
Product features
- Dextra® Headed Bars provide an alternative to bends, hooks and loops for the anchorage of reinforcement.
- Headed Bars are available in 5 rebar diameters ranging from Ø10 to Ø20 mm for links, ties or shear reinforcement.
- Anchors are available into two standard sizes to provide a net bearing area 4 or 9 times equal to the cross section area of the bar.
- Requires the same bar end preparation as Dextra coupler systems and compatible with Bartec, Fortec, Griptec and Rolltec threads.
